Rock your workout!

Need some fresh fitness playlists to boost the inspiration for your workouts? If you use Spotify, you’re in luck! I make 45-60 minute cardio mixes every week for my classes and love to share them with you! Each mix has a 10 minute warm-up, 30-45 minute cardio party, and a 5-10 minute cool-down. Always give yourself time for cool-down, stretching and abs after each workout!
