What do I do if I can’t make time to workout?
This is an obstacle that we will approach through mindset! Because, the truth is, you can create time for what is a priority in your life. By Identifying the deeper “why” behind wanting to tone up and feel great in your body, I will work with you to create and STICK TO your committed time slots for movement!
What if I haven’t worked out in ten years and I have no idea where to start?
I will meet you where you’re at, and we go from there! You are exactly where you’re supposed to be. Everything you’ve experienced has led you to this moment, on this website, with the desire to change your life – so RIGHT HERE is where we start!
What if I don’t like high intensity workouts?
We get to identify ways to move your body that you DO like, and dare I say LOVE! We focus on those and use the container of weekly group workouts, and one-on-one training to make sure you’re getting the right dose of intensity and recovery as needed.
What if I don’t want to be tied to a monthly commitment forever?
You don’t need to! Disco Ballers Club memberships are month-to-month, I always check in with each member to see if adjustments are needed (some members need a month off once in a while, some require one-on-one sessions, the program is flexible based on your needs). It is my goal to empower YOU to find your movement joy, and to be here for you every step of the way.
